Mobility & Foam Rolling Class

In this class, we will work on both mobility and flexibility designed to directly improve your performance in CrossFit, prevent injury, relieve pain, and support a healthy and active lifestyle long-term.

Mobility refers to your ability to move your joints through their full range of motion comfortably and unassisted whereas flexibility is assisted (such as using a band to pull you deeper into a stretch).

Importance of Mobility in CrossFit

Good mobility in CrossFit is important because it enables you to move through the full range of motion, which leads to performing exercises with proper technique and form. Over time, that helps you gain strength faster and protects you from sustaining injuries, thus making you an all-around better athlete.
