While group coaching is great at meeting the demands of a large, diverse group of individuals, private coaching is the fastest, most effective way to meet your individual goals. Those individual goals may be weight loss, strength gain, technique improvement or just enjoy a more personal experience.
Our coaches will assess, design and implement comprehensive plans based on each individual client. This will include:
- Specific workouts that are in line with helping you achieve your goals
- Mobility protocols from individual assessments that will help restore joint function and range of motion
- Tailored warm-ups to prepare you for that particular days workout
- Post recovery strategies to help promote recovery and prepare you for the rest of your day’s activities and for the next workout
- Individual nutritional guidance
- Constant support for your health, wellness and lifestyle goals
ONE-ON-ONE OR A SMALL GROUP?
One-on-one is great because it allows for the most specific and fastest road to achieving your goals due to the individual design of the program. Although if this option doesn’t fit into your budget, working out with a friend or meeting a new one may be another great option. While not as costly, small group coaching will still ensure great results due to the smaller group setting.
Sol’s group based program was specifically created for a wide variety of individuals. You can find all types of fitness levels and professions such as stay at home moms, first responders, students, former athletes and aspiring competitors within this program. SMALL PERCENTAGE OF THE COST OF PERSONAL TRAINING
Group coaching allows you to reap the benefits of having an expert coach but for a small percentage of what personal training would cost (average personal trainer is $50-$100/hour)
During a one hour group session, our expert coaches will lead you through:
Mobility drills to improve joint mobility and function
Skill based warm-up to prepare your body for the workout
WOD known as our workout of the day… this can include movements such as Olympic weightlifting, cardio, squatting and kettlebells.
Post-workout recovery strategies to ensure you feel great for the remainder of your day and ready for the next workout
GOAL BASED PROGRAMMING
We specifically designed our programs to improve health and performance of the wide array of clients who come into our gym. These clients come from every background and ability with a large variance of goals and desires. While not as specific as individual coaching just for you, you have the choice of 3 pathways that will help you meet your goals.
This level is built upon discovery and learning. We will teach you the foundations of healthy/safe movements, what part nutrition plays in moving us forward to our goals and preparing your body through proper assessment and mobilization to move you closer to your goals. Don’t get us wrong, you’ll work plenty hard in this level but we want to build a solid foundation for you that will help you in your day to day activities and will last you a lifetime. If your goal is to be strong and lean then this is the level for you. Everything in life starts with great fundamentals and we promise to ensure you have them on your fitness journey.
If you’re looking for something more than improving your function in everyday life, then this is the level for you. Here we’ll delve deeper into what is possible with your body and challenge you to reach new levels of fitness. With more complex movements and routines, you will see the best of what world class strength and conditioning has to offer.

We strive to develop and prepare our athletes to be the most well rounded and adept at completing the unknown tasks CrossFit often asks of athletes.
