Our Facility

Sol CrossFit is a 8,000 square foot gym equipped with change rooms, showers, and bathrooms and stocked with only top-of-the-line equipment such as Rogue, Eleiko, Pendlay and Concept 2. Sol has a welcoming kid’s area for your kids to play while you break a sweat! It’s perfect, onsite with no worries.

We are located in the heart of the Arcadia/Biltmore locale in the Gaslight Square Mall behind Zipp’s Sports Grill on 36th Street and Indian School in Central Phoenix. We offer group and individual fitness coaching, utilizing the CrossFit methodology as our training platform.
