This program was built to help support and prepare individuals for endurance races such as spartan races, tough mudders, battle frog and other similar events of varying length. Training involves various types of metabolic conditioning and strength pieces which will enhance your ability to perform well in these events. Lots of experience to no experience, no worries! We will link you with other Sol endurance athletes through various groups and training sessions that are specifically set up for this program to help support and ensure your success. It really is a unique experience and one that sets us apart from other endurance programs.

Sunday:

11AM-Yoga

Monday - Thursday: 

5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 8AM, 9AM, noon, 4:15PM, 5:15PM, 6:15PM and 7:15PM

Friday:

5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 8AM, 9AM, noon, 4:15PM, 5:15PM and 6:15PM

Saturday:

8AM, 9AM, and 10AM
