Sol’s group based program was specifically created for a wide variety of individuals. You can find all types of fitness levels and professions such as stay at home moms, first responders, students, former athletes and aspiring competitors within this program. Regardless of your background, our coaches at Sol can help you.

Group coaching is an excellent fit for the individual looking for a supportive community with common desires to be healthier and happier.

Small percentage of the cost of personal training

Group coaching allows you to reap the benefits of having an expert coach but for a small percentage of what personal training would cost (average personal trainer is $50-$100/hour)

During a one hour group session, our expert coaches will lead you through:

  • Mobility drills to improve joint mobility and function

  • Skill based warm-up to prepare your body for the workout

  • WOD known as our workout of the day...this can include movements such as Olympic weightlifting, cardio, squatting and kettlebells

  • Post-workout recovery strategies to ensure you feel great for the remainder of your day and ready for the next workout

Goal Based Programming

We specifically designed our programs to improve health and performance of the wide array of clients who come into our gym. These clients come from every background and ability with a large variance of goals and desires. While not as specific as individual coaching just for you, you have the choice of 3 pathways that will help you meet your goals. 

Knowledge

This level is built upon discovery and learning. We will teach you the foundations of healthy/safe movements, what part nutrition plays in moving us forward to our goals and preparing your body through proper assessment and mobilization to move you closer to your goals. Don't get us wrong, you'll work plenty hard in this level but we want to build a solid foundation for you that will help you in your day to day activities and will last you a lifetime. If your goal is to be strong and lean then this is the level for you. Everything in life starts with great fundamentals and we promise to ensure you have them on your fitness journey. 

Purpose

If you're looking for something more than improving your function in everyday life, then this is the level for you. Here we'll delve deeper into what is possible with your body and challenge you to reach new levels of fitness. With more complex movements and routines, you will see the best of what world class strength and conditioning has to offer. 

Competition

CrossFit is one of the fastest growing, most exciting sports in the world. As with most sports, skill, coordination, agility, strength, power and endurance play a large part in an athletes success. Balance across these traits is why our Competitor Program was designed. We strive to develop and prepare our athletes to be the most well rounded and adept at completing the unknown tasks CrossFit often asks of athletes. If your goal is to be a CrossFit athlete then this is the level for you.

5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 8AM, 9AM, noon, 4:15PM, 5:15PM, 6:15PM and 7:15PM

Friday:

5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 8AM, 9AM, noon, 4:15PM, 5:15PM and 6:15PM

Saturday:

8AM, 9AM, and 10AM
