On a 30 min clock complete:

Running Grace

30 C&J 135/95
30 T2B
300m single arm fw 53/35
Run around mall

One partner works while one rests for the 30 C&J and T2b

When those movements are complete one partner will run and one will do the fw. Switch each round for 30 mins :)

Monday - Thursday: 

5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 8AM, 9AM, noon, 4:15PM, 5:15PM, 6:15PM and 7:15PM

Friday:

5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 8AM, 9AM, noon, 4:15PM, 5:15PM and 6:15PM

Saturday:

8AM, 9AM, and 10AM
